Together (Miteinander) / University Hospital Lübeck 2010

 

The dolphin sculpture is located at the main entrance of the university hospital (UKSH) in the city of Lübeck in Germany. They are made out of a 25-ton block Labrodor granite which is mined in the quarries near Larvik in Norway. The sculpture shall symbolize a trustful relationship between patient and physician.
