European Sculpture Triennial Neustadt in Holstein 2012   

 

The sculpture symposium is hosted by the city Neustadt in Holstein (Germany) and is financed and sponsored by private donators and the municipality of Neustadt. The symposium takes place every third year and alternates with the `European Folklore Festival´, also supported by the city of Neustadt in Holstein since 1951. The event is one of the oldest in its way in Europe. Amongst some other cities Neustadt in Holstein is awarded as `European City´ which means that Neustadt contributes the outstanding thought of `European Understanding and Peace´. I curated the event artistically and worked the sculpture `Pirouette´ on site. The next Triennial takes place in June 2015 at the harbour area of Neustadt. Read more >>
